Analytic Psychology

Today my purpose, it is your purpose. To partner you up in finding your values, your inner value system and then to work inside this echosystem and to bring the necessary changes to regain balance, energy and joy of life.

Analytic Psychology it’s a dialogue based therapy, in which I use symbol analysis. metaphora, dream interpretation to an extent, life history, trauma if present, looking to understand the personal trials and trying to find new alternative approach that will bring positive adaptative results for my customer/patient.

Therapeutical sessions have an average duration of 50 minutes and are protected in entirety by confidentiality

I am here to accompany you on your trail towards self knowledge and discovery. Together we will dig deep uncovering unsolved mysteries of the unconscious world. In this way we will better understand the inner machanisms, unconscious motivations, cognitive errors that we have and may change. In time we will reset and recreate your own set of principles and values, overcoming on the road barriers and blockages. Our final goal is to bring on a conscious level the cause of the trouble, trauma, anxiety, etc and from there on to be able to work upon it towards healing or improvement.

Therapeutical Frame

Everything that will be discussed during the sessions is protected by confidentiality, according to the ethical rules and regulations of my profession as set by COPSI and ARPA.

In the unlikely case of an unattended confirmed session, the price will be charged in full. If the no show is announced with 24 hours prior to the meeting, the session can be cancelled for free and rescheduled.

Holidays and longer breakes will be also announced with at least 24 hours prior to the next session, to avoid any payment.

In case of an emergency, the session may be cancelled inside the 24 hour time frame

  • APPROACH: everything that is discussed inside the sessions will be free of prejudice or personal judgement. The private space in which the sessions are developing represents a free and secure space where you can be yourself without restraint. It is important that during therapy to analyze the way you feel, communicate and interact with the therapist. Open communication is desired.
  • INVOLVEMENT: The therapist plays a facilitator role to reach your objectives and reinstate balance and harmony. The active involvement of the patient is essential for positive results.
  • PRINCIPLES: Therapy it is not a place where you will receive advice, but a place where you will be abble to fully express yourself and find more about who you are, what are your desires and whishes and be able to follow them. Equidistance is one of my main principles and togheter with empathy and honesty they create the proper framework for our work.
  • EXITING THERAPY: Patient/Client has the right to exit therapy. no matter the reason. In an ideal case, before exiting the therapy there should be one more session. That will be a wrap-up discussion where a more direct feedback and resume of the process can be shared.
